SCHOOL FORMS
Creating Lifelong Learning Opportunities for Everyone
Staff at school are able to administer prescribed medication to pupils as long as we have parental permission to do so.
This form needs to be completed and handed in, together with your child’s medication to a member of the school office team.
Please note that we are not allowed to administer any other medication.
SCHOOL POLICIES
The school has a large number of policies regarding all aspects of learning and teaching, school management, behaviour and safeguarding. As part of a Multi Academy Trust the majority of policies at school level reflect trust wide policies approved by the Trust Board and adopted by school governors who are part of our Local Academy Committee. Follow the link below to access information about those trust wide policies:
Grand Union Partnership Policies
The rest of this page includes all policies that are either specific to Old Stratford Primary School, or have been adapted to fit the context of Old Stratford Primary School. If you have any queries regarding these or any other policies or wish to receive paper copies, please contact the school office.
Our School is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of all children in our care. Our safeguarding policy sets out what we do to keep pupils safe at our school.
If you have concerns about the safety or well-being of any child, you should contact the members of staff with designated responsibility for safeguarding, Mrs Faraday or Miss Morris.
